Does anyone have any experience with the Exacta BayMaster for self serve bays?

We would like to go cashless and are currently using CryptoPay. The Nayax card readers have awful reviews and I cant seem to find any reviews about the Exacta equipment.

No experience but nice looking units!
Curious as to why you want to leave CryptoPay..?
Also, does having an interactive display or even a screen in each bay concern you as far as vandalism or graffiti (hammers/scratch tagging)?
When I used to drive an ICE I would see the displays at the gas stations and smh.

We really just want to have multiple price points and time limit options. It would be nice to be able to select a price/time and then pay for that. Nayax has that option but I cannot find one good review about the company or their products.

Not a fan of Exacta personally. The interface for adjusting prices etc is not user friendly at all. Looks like working on an old apple2e and that might be generous. In fairness I only have experience with the non touch screen terminals and associated management software, so it's possible the management software/GUI for those newer touch screens is much better. The biggest issue with exacta IMO is that they do not backward support their products. I recently purchased a 5 bay self serve wash in Lakewood, CO and in order to get EMV/Tap to pay I need to add an EMV hardware computer unit and replace all the terminals in the bay at a Quoted cost of over 38K. The current equipment installed in 2020 or 2021 cost about the same and is now all but worthless. Contrasting to Crypto adding tap as you know is a minimal capital investment and very easy to do. Said differently they are a hardware company that requires their dealer network to support and install.
