I’ve been looking for stainless steel manifold blocks to mount Kip solenoids. For those of you who fabricate your own equipment, I found a site that will enable you to configure manifold blocks and give you shipping time and prices. You can choose from a number of different configurations; such as import/outport size, output port spacing, mounting holes, stainless or brass, etc.
After you configure your needs it generates a 3D image that can be rotated and viewed at different angles. In my particular case I need 7 output ports and was limited to a maximum of 50 mm spacing between output ports. I think that on some configurations of less than 7 output ports, you can increase the spacing up to 70mm. For reference the Kip valve i‘m considering overall height is 62mm, but the height from the center if the input port mounting hole is obviously less. The cost seems to be reasonable too.

This is really worth looking at.

The price is surprisingly reasonable. I would consider something like this if I were building high-end equipment to sell.

For my own uses, I think I still prefer assembling fittings, which takes all of ten minutes for a six-solenoid stack counting the time for taping the fittings for the solenoids. One main reason is that I use standoff blocks which clamp around the long nipples between the tees, so the stack can be turned to replace a solenoid rather than having to remove it from the mounting board. My cost for brass fittings to make a six-bay stack is $21.

The manifolds you build look nice, but do they hold over the long run? Tire cleaner.
What kind of standoff blocks do you use?
