I have a different Fleck head, but have twin meter alternating 300,000 grain 2” softeners.

I've used Pacific Water out of Salt Lake City, UT for all my tech support, and they've been GREAT!

Update on parts & support.Pacific water co out of SLC got my parts coming and tech advice was appreciated. Pacific water answered on first try. I'm still waiting to hear from Mountain Clear Water System as of 11:00am.
