Thanks guys.....so the regulator to the flo jet pushes the product to the product (block solenoid), at that time the air (block solenoid) meets the product to push to the bay. Tracing back. It seems if the pump continued to intermittingly pump to one bay without being selected there could be a bad or clogged chemical solenoid. Could a simple test be to change the 2 chemical lines to the bays to see if it starts to leak in the other bay instead? Thanks to all replying to these threads

You are really making this more complicated than it is. Just take the suspected solenoid apart. You may see some debris that will be holding the valve partially open, the sealing tip of the plunger could be eroded, or the body of the valve itself could be damaged where it contacts the plunger. If you take it apart and don't see anything, put it back together and see if it works correctly afterward. Often, a small piece of debris can go undetected when disassembled and fall out in the process.

I guess your switching lines could be an ok test, but not that necessary.

I agree with MEP, no reason for that check valve.

I think I verified your thoughts back at post 16....You need to take the problem chemical solenoid apart to see if there is dirt in the seat. Or just replace the whole solenoid block so you can bench test it. Their not that expensive. Then you'd have a spare...Are you using "Kip" solenoid blocks? If so KR has a video of how to take them apart...They are so much easier to take apart v/s other solenoids...

The air regulator to the flo-jet simply adjusts how much chemical pressure your flo-jet puts out.

Ok, so I replaced the solenoid. No more leak. But getting very little soap out of the bays. I think this brings me back to there may be another underlying problem. I have the flo jet set on 35 psi and the air solenoid on 60. Product is coming out very watery. I have air through the air solenoid and product through the product solenoid. No product leaking anywhere. Could there be an air leak or do I just have the pressure all wrong?

The air needs to be a little less than the product. The air is overpowering the liquid. Everyones set-up will vary, so there is no right setting. I would just try starting about 40 psi liquid and 30 on air and adjust from there until you get the consistency you like.

The FloJet won't work too well below 40 PSI, so that's about as low as you want to go there. Normally I'd have about 25 on the liquid, 15-30 on air to prevent the liquid in the hose from spitting when it first comes on.

If you can't get good foam with minimal air flow, your product may be too weak or your water too hard for the recommended dilution.

Do you have FB Generators? Where is air and soap mixed? In the ER or above the bays? I run my flojet at 60 psi air and the mixed air is set at 35 psi....But My foam is made in the ER with a FB generator. Yours may be totaly different. More detail will help diagnose your problem...
