Flojet pumps...rebuild them?

Are flojets pumps worth rebuilding? I have several that either won't start or stall while running.

I don't bother rebuilding them. Once you get in and replace the shuttle valve parts and the diaphragms you're in for about 2/3rds of the cost of a new one in parts.

I don't rebuild them either, they're a pain to do. I just buy a new one.

They do have a 1yr replacement warranty. Seems like like they had a bad batch a couple years ago where I was exercising the warranty frequently.

Actually, warranty through KR is 16 months from production date on pump. I have sent many back under warranty right up to that 16th month.
