I have a 3bay Pumpstand by GinSan. FloJet in middle, for Foam Brush, is just spitting/pumping on its own
Did it seldom, lil more, now does it most of the time. Any advice? I'm a novice, so be easy...lol

Since you are new to this----No chemical leaks? The tiniest leak will make the flojet pump on its own.. Also make sure you keep water out of the air supply, flojets do not work well, or last long, with water in the air. Drain your compressor every day or install an automatic purge plus add a dryer inline.
Good luck.

Have you checked for foam brush soap liquid running in a bay?

Foam Brush isn't running in any of the bays. I need to purge my water line. Haven't done that in a while. Heard I,may need to check the screen, in bottom of my foam brush tank...? Also, unplug FloJet hoses, & check those...?

First I would check the suction line. Make sure it's not clogged and starving pump for product or sucking air.

Report back.

If the problem began with the pump going off occasionally with no one using that system, there's a leak in the plumbing, a solenoid not closing, or at least one check valve in the pump not seating. If you've checked plumbing and solenoids for leaks, change the pump before you bother looking further. All your problems could be with the pump, but it seems like you know the pump is going bad anyway.

Now the foam brush is only blowing air, no product. This is the FloJet that was intermittently spitting. It isn't doing that anymore, but I've been down here since school was out, for 4 hrs. Advice? Something clogged up...?

When I have had this issue I turn on the FB in the bay and head back to the eq room. Then I get needle nod pliers and pull one of the legs off the 24v liquid side solenoid of the FB. Something might be clogged or a bad electrical connection. Maybe also the plunger in the solenoid needs replacing...

Check the source side line as well. Make sure it too isn't clogged. Sometimes foam brush soap can get gooey and gum up the filter bowl (assuming you have one) between your tank and pump.

Sometimes the diaphragm in the pump can rupture and it will send air to the bays instead of liquid.

Why haven't you tried replacing it? Seems pretty obvious that the pump is the problem.
