Randy,

I never premix that stuff...I figure that's what hydrominders are for (doesn't make sense to premix only to mix again). So I tip it down. You can dilute the KR Ultras to the low levels suggested on the pail, but then you lose most of the smell and color and so once again defeats the purpose.

As I remember, I used the same tip on both the Vanilla Cream and the KT2A.

Finally, HP and Foam Brush soap is mostly show. HP soap is diluted too much with the HP water to have the desired affect, that and without dwell, makes it a poor performer as opposed to presoaks + dwell. Also as mentioned, Foam Brush soap is more of a lubricant than real cleaning power. The cleaning power comes from the friction of the brush.

FWIW, I now run the KR Cherry as the only car body soap in 4 tunnels. (Wheel cleaning is different) Over the years have tried 100 different products 95% did a decent cleaning job. Of that 100 maybe 4% had foaming issues. So, once it cleans and foams the next issue is cost per application at effective dilutions. The KR Soap is the most cost effective to date from both a Cleaning and Foaming Standpoint. So far 3 other Chem reps have tried to match it and failed miserably.
