aca carwash 2, sounds like soapy and mep001 has you pointed in the right direction. Troubleshooting is a hit and miss/trial & error process as you have been reading. good luck.

it was the pump, thank you everyone for posting and helping. I have neglected this wash for some time with other responsibilities in the way. I had bad flo jets on tire cleaner and foam brush. now I am working on the tri gloss system. the pump is working and the solenoid is good. not getting any product to the bay. any suggestions? leak?

If you are having flojet problems like this you might be getting water in the air lines. Flojets do not like moisture in the air lines. How long since you drained your air compressor?
