Foamy Brush air pressure

Just replaced the diaphram pump on my foamy brush, what should my air pressures be set at. they might've jack up to help the pump that was going bad. thanks

There are many differences in systems. I run a Flo Jet at 60 PSI feeds 4 bays, with the seperate air at 20 PSI, 3/8" Poly T'd above the bay. No needle valves, no foaming chamber. the 20 feet from above the bay to and thru the brush, 3/8 HP Hose allows or foaming, with a 6 hole Erie Brush.

The pump won't operate well below ~ 45 PSI. I generally prefer the liquid pressure low, around 20-25.

I would say it's a function of several things. KR soap at 240/1, the solenoid valves have very small holes so you can only push so much product thru them, once it foams and you push it thru the 6 small holes in the Brush you can only push thru so much product. Probably need the 60 psi mostly for the ability to feed 4 bays at once if called for.
