Quite frankly, I wish you cry babies would put me on your ignore list so I no longer have to tolerate your whining.

It’s as bad as watching ABC or CNN go on and on mindlessly about democrats losing presidential election or Russian collusion.

When there are professional carwash operators that suggest it’s a good idea to throw the professional real estate industry under the bus, someone here should say that isn’t a good idea.

When professional carwash operators that suggest financial analysis, segmentation, math, statistics, and so forth aren’t relevant in solving business problems, someone should say that’s wrong.

Don’t want to hear it anymore, then tune out, use the ignore list. I implore you.
 
Well this turned out to be a fine how do you do. Funny to see the reactions of some of the questionable people. I, at least I like to think, that there isn't anyone out there that I can't learn at least something. However when it comes to people like DR. Phil, who really should be just shot, I say off with their heads. Name calling went out in the third or fourth grade I thought. Robert has opinions that are factually based. Have never met him in person, but he is factual. If you find him offensive, too bad. He can't change or affect your life. Mep on the other hand is ALWAYS right. About everything. I find him hard to bear, but you know what, I don't give a flying burrito over it. And if any of you here think this place gets too up tight, read the posts on Craigs List under rants and raves. As a former US marine, I can be your best friend or your worst enemy. If you care to stop in sometime in south FL, let me know and I'll buy you a cocktail. If you fall into the other camp and come to south FL, also let me know. I think a lot of the current issues with society started when they banned corporal punishment in schools. Might be time to reintroduce this back into society. As one poster said a while ago here, we don't need a fountain of youth, we need a fountain of smart.
