I bought 2 Quad vacs from them last yr. I wanted to change prices already, cause they get used so much. They sent me smart cards immediately.
After they came in,I wasn't positive how to use them, to raise prices. I called & lady was out to lunch, so I left a message. Well, she called me back immediately after lunch, left a message, then called back 2 more times (til I answered). Then, helped me trouble shoot another older Quad vac, instead of just selling me more expensive parts to throw at it.
