Fragramatics parts

While it is nice that Fragramatics gives their employees two weeks off for Christmas and NewYears, it makes it a little difficult if you need some of their parts. I really need a hose assembly for their combo fragrance vac and combo carpet shampoo vac. Any one know where I can get these, or have them to sell? I called EVERY other supplier and nobody stocks these.

Which hose do you need or both I have them and could send them if you are in a pinch.
