thats good. i wouldnt feel right if i were collecting regular payments from customers who no longer wanted my service. you know, mostly because of negative karmic implications n stuff....

Yep, I am surprised by some of the hoops folks have to jump through to cancel a service. We have ran our program with the approach that matches the new rules from jump.

Dencar is pretty easy for them to cancel though, it can be confusing for people to find the button because it is labeled delete instead of cancel. I get calls from people all the time asking how to do it. The disturbing thing is that they always seem surprised that it's that easy. The part I don't like about Dencar, they provide a button in the app for customers to delete all of their information but, all it does is notify me that they want their information deleted but it won't let me delete it. Which, in my opinion, is extremely dishonest.
