Did anyone convert their traditional full service where customer has to leave their car to a flex serve where customer stays in the car throughout the tunnel?
We did this in 2008. A few vocal customers hated it but far more appreciated it. I don't think we would still be in business if we hadn't made the change.
At the same time, we added paystations so some of the dislike was more about that than it was about staying in the car.
