Fundraising Packets

We are in the process of developing a fundraising program. We will have two options available to non-profit groups, either selling tokens or having a wash at our facility. I want to put together a packet of information for interested groups, such as application, rules, insurance requirements, legal jargon etc. and am wondering if perhaps any of you have already put a packet together.

If you have, I would appreciate it if you would be willing to share it with us. I don't think we are supposed to post e-mail addresses so if you have something, please respond to this thread and we will get our e-mail address to you. Thanks!

As far as e-mail addresses, you shouldn't post it anywhere online because scanner-bots read and pick up addresses automatically. Just make sure in your settings (User options, Edit Options) that you're available to receive email and private messages.

If you have kids or anyone washing cars on your lot for charity you better check with your insurance agent to make sure your fully covered if someone gets hurt.
