All,
How do you handle those customers that refuse to remove the snow off their car prior to entering your car wash. I'm talking about the ones that leave the snow on the hood that's even with their roof lines. The open pick up beds are a problem as well. Some customers just don't get it.
The classic is the wheel wells when the snow accumulates, freezes overnight, and they expect me to get the solid ice out.
I have signs up but they just don't care. It's hard to refuse business but when I see that pile of snow by my air dryers at the end of the building, it just drives me nuts!
Any Thoughts!
