We have a PDQ G5 that will not reach 600 PSI to draw the chemical on all three colors. Have tried another VF drive so that is not the issue. Any ideas? Soap is fine at 800 PSI and the HP is running at 1100 PSI. Took the hoses off out at the bay and still get only 300 off of the pump stand

It sounded like a hp da or clearcoat solenoid stuck open. But since you got good pressure for the soap that rules that out. I would look at the solenoid for the trifoam.I suppose it could be an issue with one or more injectors or the orings on the orifices that the injectors push onto also. It sounds like a volume issue. Make sure they are the correct injectors and orifices.

Thanks so much for the response but everything from the pump stand to the bay has been replaced. Have tried a new VF drive thinking that was the issue but that was not it. The pump is running at 14 HZ like it should. Have pulled all hoses off of the manifold as the 3X is running with nothing leaking by. Even went as far as trying a new output card from a running bay. Just can't figure it out
