Gin San Coin Box Issue

I appreciate an help! As I am new to the car wash SS business.

Looking forward to find a GinSan expert on installing (wiring) coin boxes.

1st Issue: Coin Box in bay went completely dead.
Problem solved: Put a new GS27-D

2nd Issue: Coin box turns on but None of the function buttons on coin box work.
Problem Solved: NO

Parts that were swapped to test them:
timer, circuit board, GS27D.

Note: Timer works fine, accepts coins, time runs properly upon receiving the credits but when pressing any button, nothing works.

You most likely have one or more bad buttons.

That wiring is atrocious. Ditch the wire nuts and clean it up. You're just asking for more issues.

The current button models i have are: 30366, 30330.

7 buttons are 30366
1 button is 30330.

do you think that could be the issue, having diffent button models?

Could be. The 30330 is a stainless piezo button we haven't had for 20+ years.
