Ginsan self serve

Hello all. I'm new to the business. I have 5 self serve bays. All working fine except for 1. It will accept quarters fine. Bill's not at all unless I reset the main breaker and then it will work for a few washes and then not accept Bill's again. Anyone know anything about these machines? Would be a great help thanks

The validator probably needs to be serviced. When was the last time it was serviced? We pulled all of our bill validators out of our coin boxes as they failed, to much of a target for the thieves. We send all of our Mars bill validators that we still use to Randy here on the Forum for repair.

That's what I thought. I installed a brand new Mars validator and it still will work a few times then won't work until I reset the breaker in the main power

Which model Mars validator is it? If it's a AE2600 check that switches 1 - 6 are in the "On" position and 7 and 8 should be in the "Off" position.
