Goldmine cycle signal coming too fast

So I have the Hamilton goldline paystation. My car wash sending cycle signal too fast to paystation after customer pays for the wash which is messing my thank you prompts and going back to welcome screen right away. Is there any24 volt delay relays that I can use to delay that signal for at least 20 seconds which will allow customers to go into the bay.

yes, there are a lot of 24vac delay relays available that can do what you are looking for. Might be easier to ask the manufacturer if they can fix the programming to suit your needs before adding your own fix.
