GT700 moves 3 ft and quits, c00 errors

Mark VII gt700 getting C00 codes during wash. Impeaded Gantry Travel.

Driver side motor and gearbox was making a grinding noise and were replaced.

All bearings seem ok.

If you job machine to back of bay and push and hold reset it moves about 3ft and stops. Stops at the exact same distance every time no matter where on track. Encoder and proc were also replaced.

Dakota, did you replace the drive wheel as well? If so, and the one on the other side is very worn, one side of the gantry will be running faster than the other. I could see this putting the machine in a bind, possibly causing an impeded failure.

Inverter was bad. Working like a champ now.
