We're having an intermittent issue with our RFID reader not recognizing ExpressPass tags. A hard reset on the kiosk has seemed to remedy the issue for a short time, and then back to failure. It either will blink when a tag is present at the reader, or lately it has gone to a constant yellow light in the reader, and will not read a tag when presented.
Has anyone had this issue? If so, was Hamilton able to resolve it? Unfortunately this first started on Friday 12/22 after their offices were closed, and the first I'll be able to reach out to them is tomorrow morning when they reopen. I'm all for everyone enjoying the Christmas holiday, but it's unfortunate timing and the business we're in is a difficult one to have to go this length of time without any support, which is a whole other issue.
