Hamilton HTK- nonstop issue- Transaction in progress

Have been having issues with our HTK since October. We have swapped our boards and cables and are bouncing from one error to the next. Latest error says “transaction in progress” wash in use when Wash is empty.

Has anyone encountered this problem? Worked through tech support at Hamilton but still don’t have resolved, any help would be greatly appreciated!
 
It sounds like it may be the wash in use relay on your machine. Knowing which machine you are activating will help in the troubleshooting proces
 
I was very confused the last time I replaced a controller but there are 2 different active passive settings in 2 different places.
