Have been having issues with our HTK since October. We have swapped our boards and cables and are bouncing from one error to the next. Latest error says “transaction in progress” wash in use when Wash is empty.
Has anyone encountered this problem? Worked through tech support at Hamilton but still don’t have resolved, any help would be greatly appreciated!
