Hi everyone. I have 2 Hamilton HTK pay stations (purchased new 2021). I'm having the same problem with both of them. We load the roll of receipt paper correctly according to manual, everything seems to work fine, but then after a day or two the paper comes free inside the paystation. I.E. it pulls out of the printer and just hangs there inside the machine so that customers cannot get receipts. Has anyone experienced this issue -- any suggested solutions would be greatly appreciated!
