New wash owner , we have a Hamilton validator that has broken one of the feed wheels on the bottom of the unit. Is this something that you can buy parts and fix yourself or do you have to send into Hamilton to be rebuilt?

What type, brand name validator? Regardless, I would send them in to someone to have them repaired, unless you know what you are doing.

This, because in the process of changing the rollers you will almost 100% need to have the unit realigned, not something you can do in the field.

I'd upgrade it with whatever Etowah Valley Equipment is using in their conversion kit nowadays.

Give Dan a call at Excell electronics in Vegas. He just rebuilt one for me and upgraded to the latest software as well. He's my go-to guy on Hamilton.
