Has anyone added these yet to your car wash? I ordered some commercial grade stainless steel units so I can install a couple per location. I think 1 in front of the SS bays and one central to the vac islands. I think as we come out of this more and more locations are going to have to have these. I see the gas stations around here now installing them. I am installing the pump type rather than the wipes. I think the pumps will be less prone to abuse and I can lock the product inside.
Put purel dispensers in all ss bays in March and customers love them and no problems with vandalism.

I ordered the foot pedal like for sanitation from amazon. Ordered 4 of those plus a foot map where we put bleach.

I have now added santizer stations at every SS bay, automatic bay and Vac island at my washes. I get the stainless ones from the Webrestaurant website that Greg mentioned early in this thread for under $20. No valdalism yet and people seemed to use them. Even if they didn't I do when every time I have to work on something.

Mine have held up well, and I also use mine frequently.

Ours are holding up fine too but how do you guys keep the rain or bay over spray out of them? We have packing tape over the lids for now.

I might not have made a good choice but I ordered foamy.
Many reviews I read complained about leaking. So I thought the foam might be less likely to leak.

I have a Brother P-Touch labeler. I put up an antibacerial hand soap dispenser years ago with the swine flu scare. The label is still there and looks good because it makes laminated labels. You can get one for about $30, mine connects to a computer so I can use any font as well as graphics and prints up to 1" wide.

I wonder if some effective enough sanitizer is less likely to dry the customer's hands a bit too much?

I am using medical grade sanitizer in my dispensers and use it several times a day and my hands are not drying out.

Soapy,

I am assuming that the medical grade sanitizer that is less harsh probably costs more???

I am buying it from a local VOdka bottling plant that switched over and became certified by the FDA to produce it. I can order and drive 5 miles and pick it up for about $25 per gallon. So far I have used about 12 gallons at 3 washes since starting this. ONe thing I found for my own use it is to buy some small 2 oz. spray bottles and fill them with the hand sanitizer and keep in each vehicle. A 2 oz. bottle last me over a month and I use it anytime I am out of my vehicle and have touched anything.
