Thankful; Even When "Shorty's In Town"

This year I'm choosing to be Thankful with a capital 'T' for a poor economy, less revenue and a tough business climate in gerenal for carwashes as well as detail shops and many other businesses.

Here's why:

~ I have made my business somewhat leaner which will carry long-term benefits within any economy.

~ I am learning to manage my employees, my expenses and my repairs better.

~ I have made new friends while looking for carwash advice and help. These are friends who have saved me money, helped me earn more and have been there for me when I was down. THANK YOU!:)

~ I have received alot to be thankful for this year (even if it isn't a bigger checkbook balance:eek:). This comes with a higher standard to hold myself to and I am thankful to be here now and completely ready to meet that standard!:D

Bill, Happy Thanksgiving to you and your Family. Thanks very much for the tip on the presoak. It was an easy fix and we overlooked that area. Thanks again!

Thanks to all of you for your participation which makes the Forum, the best in the industry.

I hope all of you have a great day and that you will satisfy your wives enough tonight that they won't find it necessary to hit the mall at 5AM tomorrow.

Thanksgiving & Socialism

Yes, we have much to be thankful for --- so much that is so precious and must be vigorously defended & preserved. I certainly thank those who have learned the lessons of history and share the truth. For example, these Texans (at www.EmpowerTexans.com) who have a cornucopia brimming with common sense and historical perspectives --- something the regime in Washington has in deficit.
