Has NAYAX shut down their tech support?

I had a NAYAX reader go out on 4/30. Since then I have called 6 times and sent 7 emails. Finally got a call back on Friday afternoon. The guy who called was nice but he couldn’t fix my problem. He said he would turn it over to his supervisor and if I didn’t get a call back on Friday afternoon then it would be Monday morning. I still haven’t gotten a call. I did call again today and again no reply.

Tech support is horrendous. I’ve been on hold for hours before finally giving up and pressing 1 for a call back. Call backs never happen. I have Cryptopay at all but one of my sites which is equipped with Nayax. If Nayax customer support is zero, Cryptopay is a 10. I’m ready to remove the Nayax from the one site due to the absolute lack of tech support. Their units are sleek and a better price up front than Cryptopay, (not so much of a deal on the fee side though) but like any equipment in our industry, without good tech support, things can get frustrating and costly real quick.
