I have one of their older systems that we installed in 2006. The control box for the autos is no longer available to purchase and they must be repaired. I have a very busy wash with three IBAs. They always have a quick turnaround, but I really hated for my CC to be down on that auto, regardless. One day I saw an identical system on ebay and bought it, just for the controller. This was obviously very handy and always got me up and running within a few minutes. As luck would have it, I had a failure last week and another the day before yesterday. Yesterday morning I overnighted both to WG in Colorado and explained that I was in a bind. I got a call about an hour ago. Both are repaired and on the way back to me. There was no "rush" charge or anything, just the basic labor rate (very reasonable). This is the kind of company I like to deal with.

Thanks Jason, Jennifer, and Dave.

Never used them but we're so quick to crucify the people that screw up here we sound like a bunch of grouchy old men . It's good to hear some kudos for a company.

I bought their system when they first came out.

I can't say enough positive things about them. I've had very few problems...and when they do arise...they are very helpful to get us back up and running.

Their support is reasonably priced and readily available....
