Help finding some forum users

I have been trying for over a year to convince my local city government to offer a waste water credit based on ICA's water use study. Posts made a couple of years ago by forum users named squeakyclean and Ted Mcmeekin indicated they had been successful in doing what I am trying to do. I have tried messaging these guys about 6 months ago but have not had heard back from them. Does anyone know either of these guys and know how to contact them or have them contact me? I would appreciate any help. Thanks!

We've been trying unsuccessfully to do the same with our sewage bill. Please let us know if you are able to track anyone down who has had success in doing this.

Being a bit of a stalker I googled 'squeakyclean' and his location 'hugoton, ks' looks like there is a car wash over there called squeaky clean car wash. I'll PM you the phone number it says on google.
