Just equipment in the room, all the popular functions, new RO system, between $15,000 and $25,000 per bay.

I've been talking to a guy who just bought a wash with a Coleman Super Saver pump stand. He wants to replace it. I'm thinking about talking into just replacing all the solenoids and rebuilding the pumps. There would be nothing left that could be very troublesome, and it would save him maybe $75,000.

It really varies by brand and how many functions you want to offer. You can purchase KR pumps stands for about $4-$5k per bay and then add AirLogic LP systems. All in with booms and meter boxes is under $10k per bay without help to install for a 10-12 function system. But if you add spot free or bay dryers it may be slightly more.

other brands offer complete packages ready to install and have some design built into them. For example I would only order a new SS system that has a winter mode for lines (weep) and Chemcials. Additional advantage of going with a name brand is tech support as it sounds like you are new to the industry.
