I got a call today that my TF was only blowing air. After checking it out, I see that the relay next to the Omoron controller has a green light and the motor is not running. If you leave the TF function selected, the air will continue to blow and after a few minutes the motor will run for a few seconds then kick back off and the green light on the relay turns on. While the motor is running, TF flows out of the hose perfectly fine and the motor does not seem to be troubled or have any issues. I have never had this issue and am not sure what could cause the relay to shut down. I tried a different relay and that doesn't make a difference. Is something overloading? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Did you check the low level float lever in all three tanks? A low level in either tank will shut the pump down. Or one of them has failed.

Somehow did not get the notification email that there was a response to my question. Just wasted 2 hours there trying to figure it out with no luck, didn't know about the flow switch. That makes complete sense and has to be it. I will head back later. Crazy part is that I always check the tanks and somehow this time I only leaned over and checked one of them. I bet one of the other two is empty. Thanks!

The blue chemical tank was empty. Float had broken loose from the chain. Easy fix. Thanks!

I had the same thing happen in my TF tanks....The clasp hooks that are supplied with a Hydrominder are cheap and very thin carbon steel....Should have been at least Stainless Steel...Once I discovered one of them broke, I looked at the rest and they had all rusted pretty bad. The hydrominders were new just a few years ago. So I got heavier duty "S" hooks and repaired all of them...Definitely something to keep a close eye on...
