Hot water temp? Input tankless vs tank water heating system

Looking at changing my boiler to a on demand system. Any body have any input on these and what temp typically do you washers out there keep yours at. Tankless vs tank???? Any input be great!

As far as water used when mixing the chemicals do not go over 120.

i keep my storage tank at 120

Be sure to check the flow rate. If you have 4 ss bays that can use 3.5 gpm you will need a boiler to flow 14 gpm if you are only using one boiler.

Ok help me out I'm running #5 tip at 1500psi I think that puts me at about 3.1 gpm I'm thinking without checking chart I was thinking of putting 1 instant for two bays at 7 gpm.
