How Do You Prevent and Handle Property Damage at Your Locations?

Damage caused by customers or vandalism is an unfortunate reality for many of us. What steps have you taken to protect your car wash from incidents like these? I have invested heavily in cameras and bright lighting but I know I'll never be able to stop it all. And when damage does occur, how do you track down responsible parties and ensure repairs are covered? Any advice would be appreciated!

Cameras, signs about cameras, lighting made a big difference. Plus having trash or lot cleaning is critical. If it looks like sh!!! people treat it that way. Fast graffiti clean up is also critical. Of course inflation is a side benefit that cans of spray paint are now really expensive and deter that!! Camera position to read license plates helps. Prosecuting these idiots…I had the cops go after some dumpers. So funny catching these D-bags red- handed! Good luck
