Anybody using the correct powder/Pp formula on a 4000
My 55 batch is one box powder,water,1/3 of a 5g PP
I tried white tip cleaned kinda no show
Used black tip pretty good some show
No tip nice and creamy
Mathematically
Black tip about 500 cars per barrel at about 14oz per car one pass=14¢
No tip 300ish
Any thoughts or what have ya all got out of a barrel of the secret sauce
Anyways just thinking out loud

Have you titrated your chemical for final dilution? Your application seems about right for cost per pass. You should be cleaning well at the 300 cars per barrel rate.

I use the Simoniz Foam additive now instead of purple passion. I find it clings well to the vehicle.

like i said just talking shop
i normally use all clean that i buy from dynamic development a friend
with the ac i use a red tip for booster and turq for base cleans very well
so i was bored the other day
and wipped up another barrel to see how it would do
i noticed to that if i use simoniz its much better than pp but i love the smell, so what i do is pp and simoniz and powder. If i do that i could maybe get away with a green tip.
But i figure for a penny i may as well cake it on there.
One thing i have noticed is if people dont see foam or bubbles they dont think there getting soap
so i make it point to be the soapiest in town on ps, brush, etc.
If i run this barrel on a black tip with pp/powder is should get a bit over 400 cars
i ran i five gallon bucket once and got about 45 cars
what titration kit would you use on the secret sauce
i kinda gave up on titration and data sheets and all the bs
im at the wash all day every day so i just go by smell, power, and show ( and never has that even came close to the chem reps i this stuff only uses a 2000-1 tip , i call bs more like 40-1 like everything else)
as i said im a newbie with time on my hands so
any advise or soap recomindations i can entertain my self with is appreciated
also looking to rebuild another 4000 or a high velocity if anyone has a lead any condition is fine

I run armor all hi and lo on my 4000. I get about 2200 cars from a 20 gallon barrel of low ph, hi alkaline, and booster. I don't know how much I use per car or how much it costs but it cleans very well. I'm plannin on doin the cc test very soon.

You can ge the simoniz titration kit from Kleenrite for under $20.
