Not really, the only to know is to crank it up yourself and try it. You will be surprised with the results. Not that much harder to hold the wand from 1200 to 2000 psi.
I run 1200psi thru a 1505 or 2505 tip depending on the bay. I have the motor/pump pulley ratio adjusted to where the unloaders are not controlling pressure while the trigger is pulled, all of the pumps water is going to the gun and the unloader is only bypassing water when the trigger is released. This way the pump is running lowest possible rpm to save on wear and tear on both motor and pump. I know your thinking the motor will turn the same rpm and your right, but the load will be slightly less. Assuming its not a direct drive pump setup.
