How to connect nayax vpos to my SS Wash

I've had Nayax VPOS for 2 years now at my small ss wash. I have had about 7 vpos failures and countless problems with intermittent failures. I use the count up method capped at $10. People either can't get the card to work at all, mostly TD VISA Debit cards, or can't use the run/stop button...

Good luck. These card readers aren't made for the car wash industry, they don't hold up.

What timer do you have?
Which model dixmor timer? Sounds like the nayax is restarting for some reason

I’ve been working with Harry from Nayax all week - Harry@nayax.com. He has been extremely communicative and helpful. I’ve been very impressed with him and his tech (James). I emailed him at 10pm one night and he responded before I woke up. Give him a shout!
