How to find a maintenance guy?

We are looking at buys a closed car wash. It's old equipment, the person who has worked on it for years in retiring. How to find a maintenance guy?
On another note, what's the best way to find attendee employee's?

Be at the wash as much as you especially on weekends. I get one or two approaches a week on asking if I have part time work.

Teh best candidates for attendants are usually customers. You want someone who lives in the immediate area. Once you get open place a sign on the changer.

As far maintenance/repair-you might have some luck talking to other owners in the area.
