I would encourage u clean up self service car washes for free to learn the ropes and get to know people. After a couple of months, u might be able to convince people to pay u to clean up. Build from there and find some distressed property that u can lease and run on ur own.

Sadly, 5K does not get u very far but dont let them change ur mind. In time, u will make it.
