HP issue on bay 3

Have 3 SS bays, from Ginsan "The Ultimate" pumpstand. All bays run plenty of pressure. Bay 3 looses most of it's pressure, if it runs concurrently w/ either bay 1 or 2. Then, they will all chatter. But, bays 1 & 2 can run together & no problems. It's only when bay 3 runs w/ either/both bays 1 & 2.

Advice...?

Ok, but why would it only do it when bay 3 is on hp, along w/ either bays 1 or 2...but NOT when bays 1 & 2 are on hp w/out bay 3?
Also, seems like GinSan makea a good pumpstand, so why would i need a bigger line on bay 3(guessing that is what you mean)?

Maybe you are drawing air into the system from the pump for bay 3? Does bay 3 work okay by itself...only bay three running? Are your pumps gravity fed or city water?

Assuming you mean high pressure soap....I’d guess your storage tank on your pump stand is not filling fast enough. My tank uses a Cleveland filler valve (basically a large version of a toilet valve) when the gasket starts getting old and hard it restricts flow. Usually just swapping the gasket solves the issue

I mean hp rinse, soap or wax. Bay 3 runs perfect all by itself. It looses pressure if Bays 1 or 2 are engaged on hp (but not on lp functions).
does that help a lil.....this has me & my handyman dumbfounded (which isn't hard to do)

So if all your high pressure options are being fed from the same storage tank on the pump stand..your issue is likely not enough capacity in the tank when all bays are using HP at once. Assuming this is a new issue....I’m gonna go with what I said above, bad seal/gasket in your fill valve, preventing full flow. Replace the entire valve or just the seal/gasket.

Please report back!

OK, I took off the screen @ bottom of rinse tank. cleaned it real good. No more problems...for now.
It worked great all day.
