I've worked with HTK controllers a bit, and they can definitely be tricky to troubleshoot. Are you seeing any error codes or unusual behavior when trying to use it? Sometimes, a simple power cycle can help, but if it's a hardware issue, you might need to check the wiring connections or the board itself.
