Hydro spray Classic v f d fault code

V f d shows over current fault. I replaced tower drive motor as the tower was sticking in corner causing fault. New motor did not fix code. Installed All new black wheels on tower and fixed problem for two days. Now tower stops and fault on v f d again. Any ideas?

vfd itself? wire from drive motor to vfd / plc?

If its not the motor its probably a short in the wire leading to the motor. (or a bound-up gear box, but I would start with looking for a short first.)

Talked with guy that has a few hydro classics and he told me to spray new wheels and the tracks with armor all. Problem seems be fixed. Tower runs smoother than I have ever seen before. Next step rewire if code reappears. Thanks

don't see how spraying some armorall can fix a vfd fault code.

armorall is admittedly good stuff, but come on. what was the REAL problem???
