Hello everyone. I have this type of eductor and was wondering if it is repairable or just buy a new one? I have the bucket float style on the remainder of the system and have those figured out. I only have this type on the high pressure soap. This is where the issue is.

Thanks,

Here is a better picture. The valve turns an electric solenoid ON to fill the tank. The top hose is the soap suction and it doesn't seem to pull very well when the water is being put into the tank.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Vic

Make sure the solenoid is opening fully. The eductor won't draw properly if the flow is too low. Pull the hose off and remove the tip and see if there's strong suction when it comes on. Check the foot valve and make sure the screen isn't clogged or the valve itself isn't bad. This is the eductor you have: https://www.kleen-ritecorp.com/p-2122-eductor-kit-for-545-550.aspx

got it. Thanks I will check the solenoid. the foot valve is ok, but very little to no suction when the solenoid opens up. I removed the hose and orifice and still barely any suction when the solenoid opens( water is flowing)

Thanks again,

Vic

If you take off the eductor and look inside you may find it is clogged up with scale or built up chemical. If so, it messes up the venturi and it won't suck. You could scrape it out or just replace it if thats the case.
