Hydrominder suction..? (how high can they lift?)

I work at a car wash, we use hydrominders to mix our chemicals.

Currently, our concentrates are sitting on old 5 gallon buckets. The hydrominders are about 6 feet off the ground.

Is this a normal set up, or do you guys use racks to hold the concentrate buckets.

My concern is the energy needed to lift the chemical is going to mess with their concentration. They're lifting, just not sure if this is 'normal'..

I have some buckets on the floor pulling to a tank that's almost 7 feet high. It doesn't seem to affect the dilution of the product.

The viscosity of the liquid also has alot to do with the mixing ratio and lift. The thicker the concentrate the less you will actually draw with a hydrominder. Test the final product for titration, visual etc. then adjust the tips up or down until you are happy with the final product.

My solution tank is about 6 ½ feet off the floor mounted to the wall. The 511 Hydrominders don’t seem to have any problem pulling chemical up. I believe Soapy has it right, the viscosity of the chemical also has a lot to do with the mixing ratio and lift. Water pressure also plays a big part in the mixing ratio.
