I hit my limit with dumb "customers" today

I noticed someone in a bay for at least 20 minutes not washing, the rest were in use and one was waiting, so I go to see what's going on. The guy is standing in his open door with the vanity mirror turned facing him, SHAVING with an electric trimmer. I just told him to move out of the bay, didn't care if he planned to wash after he was done costing me money. He said he was going to, I told him "No, you're not, you need to leave." They're usually lying anyway and drive off as soon as I walk away.

I could see if he was using a traditional razor, maybe lathering up with your foam brush soap, but an electric trimmer - no need for that. Wise move to kick him out.
