I Need HELP! Flood insurance fight!

Is there anyone out there that has been or knows of someone who has had to file a federal flood insurance claim on their car wash?! If so I want to talk with them ASAP. I took about 4 foot of water at one of my washes and need to ask some questions! They are trying to say that they will only cover what is within the 4 walls of the equipment room and nothing in the tunnel or bays. I claim that the "Building" is everything under roof including bay and tunnel, and they sayNO, only equipment room. Has anyone filed a flood claim that I might talk to!!!! HELP!

I hate to give unrelated advice.... but like Steve said just call your insurance agent. When I had something really stupid happen at my wash. The people at insurancenter really helped me out.

You might need a lawer to help also? I would start with your agent.

IMO the agent may or may not have a grasp of the fine points. Get a copy of the policy. Review the definitions and go from there.
