IBA leaking water while dryers are on?

We have a Belanger Saber and have run into a technical issue that the equipment distributor is not sure about. When the spot free rinse ends and the dryers begin, we have a purge pass to clear the lines of any water. Once that is complete, the machine passes over the car with the dryers on. Subsequently, water starts leaking out of all the jets, behind the dryers, leaving the car very wet. It happens on both arms, so it doesn't seem like it would be a solenoid, unless they both went bad at the same time...

Any thoughts?

sounds like a check valve is malfunctioning somewhere.

look at your manual and see how the plumbing to the wash arm goes.
