IBA Paystation Options

Good evening, new to the group, Thank you!

I'm a recent casualty of the DRB take over of eGenuity. What a disaster, eGenuity was so good to work with over the past 16 years, enough about that, time to move on!

I want to go back simple, no memberships, no bar codes, no vacuum bar codes no TOUCH SCREEN. My customers are tired of all the equipment issues, they just want to wash their car!
LOCATION SPECIFICS:
Avg 37 wash per day
Istobal combo machine IBA, workhorse, customers love it.
Want to accept cash
Dispense cash (optional)
Credit card
Prefer just 4 push buttons for 4 wash selections
No monthly plans
No bar codes
Needs to notify when system or wash has error

NO DRB PRODUCTS.

I know I'm not the only one out there been done wrong by this, talked to many others. Crappy thing is our equipment is still relatively new, only 5 years old, just not in the cards at this time for a new wonder system.

I’m with you. We have 10 IBA’s. I ripped out 2 American Changer ac8001 last year because of continued lack of support. Now we have 5 Standard Change Makers GXP’s, 4 ACW 5’s, and one HTK. We have far more problems with the HTK than any of the older paystations. I plan to replace it with a standard later this year. They also offer a bill dispensing model. Something is to be said of the simplicity of 4 buttons. Standard has always taken care of us and I like dealing with a smaller family opened company.
 
I have 2 Unitec Portal Ti's and love them. Touch screen gives you so many more options. I sell bundles, have loyalty accounts setup and can sell buy ups.
 
I just installed 2 new Portal ti's a few months ago and they have been awesome to work with and easy to maintain.

I'm glad you got 5 years out of your equipment already!

I just had 3 eGenuity kiosks installed in August and got notice in October that they are ending development. I too am looking at my options to part ways with anything DRB owned before they can play out more poor ethics.
 
Sorry but got out of selling stuff a few years ago. Sad to see Unitec gone. They were good people.
 
Can you tell us about your Istobal Combo?

We have been dissuaded from that machine even though we like the concept. Istobal support has not been as good as the WW support which is another consideration for us....
