I was hoping for a report from some of the group who attended the ICA show. How has attendance been? Are there any new things that stand out? How did you feel about the educational seminars?
My sentiments. exactly. Except for the Galen part. His Forum is like a college and we all just attended one of the reunions.
Why would you waste your time at McCarren when Nellis AFB is just down the road. I'd much rather watch Vipers and Eagles doing pattern work than a 737 on final.3. Go park near the runway at McCarren and judge landings.
Where else can you do that but Vegas?

Cool...my first convention was in Washington, DC. 1984 I think. I believe there was something like that. Simplify...I like it.One thing I would like to see at the show is an old fashioned bulletin board. Some place where you could leave a note for a friend, put something up for sale, ask for something for sale, ask for a job, or post a job opening. Simple. No batteries or computers required.
