Ice vending machine

Has anyone tried the ice machine vending? If so is it worth the cost? Thanks

I have a partner with one, on 1 of my carwash lots. Our's does good, but we have a great restaurant account with it. So, our sales don't crash over the Winter. He has 5 other machines, 7 shuts 2 of those down ALL Winter becaue few people buy ice int eh Winter.
You need it need a LOW economic area. People who are middle class all have ice makers in their fridge. Obvioulsy beig close to a busy lake, river, ballfields etc helps. I'd buy used, as it takes a LOT of $1.50 vends to get money back.
